Australian Election

So the truth is out. The Liberal Party fudged their budget costings: if they had submitted their financial details to Treasury before the election and Treasury had come up with their findings then, what would the election result have been? I am sure that lots of voters would have changed their mind and voted differently if they had realised that the Liberals had "cheated".

Of course, if the Liberals had won the election they could simply have claimed to find a Labor "black hole" and gone on unscathed. What a pity for them that the independents wanted to know more financial details before deciding which party to support.
